Unlocking the Potential of Skills for Growth – SME Support

Employees are the backbone of your business, striving to help you achieve your objectives.

Ensuring they remain engaged, committed, and supported is essential, and offering opportunities for upskilling and development through training is one way to achieve this.

With the ongoing cost-of-living crisis and recruitment challenges, training can be a benefit that promotes employee retention, facilitates succession planning, and fosters adaptability to change.

Unravelling the Skills for Growth – SME Support Programme

Skills for Growth – SME Support helps businesses identify crucial skills gaps and suggests suitable training options to enhance productivity, expand their talent pool, and tackle staff retention and turnover issues

The support offered is fully funded, with the majority of training options (81% to date) also being fully funded, allowing businesses to access valuable information, advice, and training without any financial burden.

The Importance of Skills for Growth – SME Support

Business leaders are often preoccupied with day-to-day operations, managing various aspects such as finance, product development, sales and marketing.

While they recognise the benefits of investing in their staff and developing their skills, other tasks can divert their attention, causing training and development initiatives to be neglected.

Skills for Growth – SME Support steps in to save time and provide expertise often missing in busy business owners.

Skills Coaches work with businesses for up to 26 weeks, identifying the appropriate skills training for employees that align with the company’s goals and requirements.

The popular ‘E-learning platform’ offers accessible, flexible training for soft skills, featuring over 1,500 pieces of training, resources, and blogs. Modules include topics such as IT & Excel and project management skills.

Small businesses access unsecured, fast funding from Got Capital. As an alternative lender, Got Capital offers financing solutions specifically designed for and catered to the needs of SMEs.
